Associate Director Sales Europe

  • Lead and oversee all sales activities within the assigned region
  • Drive revenue growth by strengthening existing accounts and developing new business
  • Coach, develop, and motivate direct reports through regular feedback, one-on-one sessions, and field coaching
  • Conduct disciplined pipeline reviews and forecasting to ensure accurate planning and accountability
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, CRM compliance, and account management best practices
  • Act as the key interface between headquarters and the field organization
  • Support strategic account objectives and align regional activities with company priorities
  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Academic background in life sciences, pharmaceutical business, biotechnology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a life sciences environment
  • Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline end-to-end, from lead identification to deal closure
  • Solid understanding of drug development processes and customer needs in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing sales talent
  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in the local language of the assigned territory is required
  • Strong face-to-face and written communication skills
