In this role, you'll be the trusted link between our customers and their shipments—ensuring smooth coordination, timely deliveries, and exceptional service. With your freight forwarding expertise and customer-first mindset, you'll help drive operational excellence and build lasting client relationships.

How you create impact

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and partners in sea and air logistics
• Independently manage customer inquiries and oversee the entire shipment process, keeping customers informed at every step
• Prepare quotations and handle customer requests promptly
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Collaborate closely with operational teams, sales and customers
• Proactively offer customer service solutions and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with clients

What we would like you to bring

• Completed freight forwarding apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Solid experience in freight forwarding, especially in sea logistics; knowledge of air logistics is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
• Strong customer service skills with a communicative and friendly demeanor
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, German is an asset
