Candidate Profile

- Ability to clearly communicate artistic concepts and transform them into practical production instructions for remote teams.
- A good understanding of how music and visual storytelling interplay, preferably with some familiarity with performing arts.
- Proven skill in managing international vendors and coordinating distributed creative teams.
- Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
