For an exciting R&D project within the HVAC sector, we are looking for a Senior Electronics Sub-Project Lead / Electronics Developer to support the development of next-generation sensor products.

You will take ownership of the electronics development from concept through to product approval and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver robust, reliable, and cost-efficient electronic solutions. The project environment is highly technical and innovation-driven, with a strong focus on long-term product quality and manufacturability.

Engineers work in close collaboration across disciplines to deliver reliable products designed for long-term market use.

• Strong hands-on experience in analog and digital electronics design, including embedded systems (5-8 years)
• Proven experience in sub-project leadership within multidisciplinary development environments (3-4 years)
• Practical exposure and affinity to firmware development (1-2 years)
• Solid understanding of verification and validation processes for electronic products
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
