Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program (m/f/d) (fixed term for 3-4 years)
As part of Accelleron's 3-4 years S/4 Hana transformation strategy, this role is overall accountable for the design, governance, and execution of the Change Management strategy, including change-related communications and full alignment with the overarching training approach. You will champion a people-centered transformation methodology to drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable behavioral change across all stakeholder groups. You will assess organizational change readiness, define targeted interventions to close gaps, and continuously monitor adoption risks and mitigation measures. Working in close partnership with workstream leads you ensure integrated planning, consistent messaging, and seamless execution across all transformation initiatives. The appointment is for a fixed term contract of 3-4 years.
Your responsibilities:
- Strategic Change Leadership: Partner closely with Program Leadership to shape and drive the enterprise-wide Change Management strategy, ensuring effective implementation and sustainable adoption of new processes, structures, and ways of working - with clear focus on business value realization.
- End-to-End Change Governance: Define, establish and lead the overarching Change Management framework, methodology, and standards across the program. Ensure consistent execution of change initiatives at both program and workstream levels.
- Integrated Change & Communication Strategy: Design and orchestrate a comprehensive Change and Communication approach (in close collaboration with the PMO), ensuring clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Stakeholder & Impact Management: Conduct in-depth stakeholder identification and impact analyses across all organizational levels. Define and implement targeted engagement strategies to foster buy-in, ownership, and sustained commitment.
- Change Impact & Risk Mitigation: Lead and consolidate Change Impact Analysis (CIA) across workstreams. Translate insights into pragmatic mitigation actions, enablement measures, and reinforcement strategies to minimize disruption and accelerate adoption.
- Change Readiness & Adoption Monitoring: Drive organizational readiness assessments, pulse surveys and adoption tracking mechanisms. Proactively identify resistance patterns, cultural barriers, and adoption risks, implementing solution-oriented interventions to address them.
- Learning & Capability Enablement: Collaborate on end-user training concepts and training needs analyses, ensuring strong integration between Change and Learning activities to enable long-term capability building and behavioral change.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Narrative Consistency: Coordinate closely with related roles in the divisions to ensure alignment, consistency, and a unified transformation narrative across the organization.
- Leadership Enablement & Coaching: Coach and empower Business Workstream Leads and Design Review Members to act as visible and credible Change Leaders. Strengthen leadership capability in driving engagement, communication, and accountability within their respective areas.
Your background:
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field, complemented with over 5 years of experience in Change Management for business transformation projects with system implementation (in Switzerland and preferably China)
- Leadership skills in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, with an innovative mindset to enhance stakeholder experience
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Team player
- Experience in participative change approaches and qualitative evaluation methods
- Strong can-do mentality with a proactive, hands-on approach and a bias for action.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect big-picture transformation goals to tangible actions at operational level.
- Highly approachable and people-oriented; able to build trust, foster open dialogue and stay close to the organization.
- Resilient and solution-focused, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
