Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
- You will assume full technical responsibility for payroll in Switzerland at our growing company. The monthly payroll run is handled by our external provider. You will manage, review, and be accountable for the entire process: from payroll processing and social security management to time tracking and financial accounting reconciliation. You will actively help shape our HR lifecycle processes and professionalize them within a company that is currently in the process of being established. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, professional responsibilities and creative freedom. You get opportunities to shape your role in a growing company with flat decision-making structures.
- Overall technical responsibility for payroll in Switzerland, including management of the external provider
- Responsibility for the employee lifecycle and the continuous improvement of HR processes
- Overall responsibility for social insurance and regulatory compliance: AHV/IV/EO, BVG, UVG/SUVA, KTG, FAK, and withholding tax
- KTG and SUVA case management, including annual statements
- Management of financial reporting and payroll KPIs
- Process owner for time management
- Responsibility for organizational structure and position management in SF EC
- Master data maintenance
- Point of contact for employees
- Several years of solid experience in Swiss payroll
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss social security and labor law
- SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central (including Time Off)
- Strong understanding of processes and experience in establishing HR structures and processes
- Experience managing external providers is a plus
- Excellent German and English language skills
