Job description:

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to support customer contract and service-related activities within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, coordinate contract renewals, and support internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.

Requirements:
  • Manage customer relationships for contract renewals
  • Build and maintain customer inventory (installed base / assets)
  • Present and validate inventory with customers
  • Prepare and formalize contracts
  • Execute orders in SAP
  • Coordinate ordering and partner interactions (Cisco, Alcatel, Luware, etc.)
  • Maintain and update ticketing tools
Competences:
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid commercial or technical background or equivalent qualification
  • Experience managing contracts and/or service-related activities
  • Strong MS Office skills, ideally with SAP, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Structured, autonomous, and customer-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Fluent English and a good level of German, French is a plus
