English speaking game changer in teaching with neurodivergence

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English and German speaking person, educated as a Special Needs Teacher (Heilpädagog:in), with a long experience in working with neurodivergent children (5 – 20 years). You have seen a lot in different educational approaches and see neurodiversity not as a disability, but as a different development path than most people expect, the more deserving to be nurtured and supported. Probably you are looking for the space to breathe to support those children and have not found that in overall schooling environments you have worked in. You will be the key, hands on, person interacting with the children, but will also be the educational expert heading this approach. You will be supported for all non-educational topics by experienced management.

In this role, you will work with students who have a variety of  learning paths, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets their unique needs. You will be responsible for developing individualized education plans (IEPs), assessing student progress, and collaborating closely with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. The students develop themselves in groups of maximum 6 children, guided and teached by 2 professionals. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and German is essential, as you will be working with diverse learners from various backgrounds. The ideal candidate will possess not only the skills necessary to adapt and modify lessons but also the compassion and understanding to foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students with a neurodiverse profile, helping them to achieve their educational goals and build confidence in their abilities. If you are committed to making a difference in education, maybe even change the world for neurodiverse children, and have the qualifications we seek, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.

The international Learning Group is a young initiative, of which you can stand on the very base. It is however backed by a solid organisation guaranteeing long term growth of this initiative.
