- Daily work in Odoo.
- Identify and implement workflow automations, reporting dashboards, and integrations to reduce manual effort
- Act as a trusted business partner to the COO and the Office of the CEOs, flagging risks, proposing cost-optimisation, and supporting strategic decisions (e.g., M&A readiness).
- Fulfil a duty of due diligence toward the Boards of Directors of both legal entities and the Office of the CEOs, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting and disclosures required for proper governance, oversight, and decision-making.
- Experience: 5-10 years in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Direct, hands-on experience with Odoo ERP/accounting is mandatory.
- Qualifications: Swiss finance credential (Federal Diploma, or equivalent) and solid knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
- Technical skills: Advanced Excel/financial modelling, multi-currency reporting (CHF / USD), and comfortable working with external U.S. CPA/payroll providers.
- Payroll expertise: Proven track record of handling Swiss payroll end-to-end, including social contributions and pension schemes.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French (written & spoken).
- Leadership style: A pragmatic, can-do attitude; you set standards by doing the work yourself and empower others to follow.
- Mobility: Eligible to work in Switzerland (citizenship or permit) and willing to travel a few times a year.
- Experience improving Odoo workflows, custom reports, or automation scripts.
- Direct involvement in cross-border M&A.
