We are seeking a conscientious, detail-oriented, and self-driven individual to join our dynamic and growing team as a Research & Production Associate. This role combines hands-on laboratory production and quality control with opportunities to contribute to product optimization in collaboration with our R&D team. You will play a key role in producing and improving our MUSE kits — our proprietary reagent systems for biomarker detection — ensuring they meet the highest scientific and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce, scale up, and quality-control our MUSE kits and reagents.
  • Purify oligonucleotides, proteins, and DNA; perform conjugation protocols.
  • Prepare buffers and chemical reagents with precision.
  • Assemble kits and execute QC protocols according to ISO13485-compliant standards.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Keep detailed, traceable records in Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs).
  • Manage inventory of production materials and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product management to refine specifications and product requirements.
  • Comply with all quality management, safety, and health protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related life sciences discipline.
  • 1-2 years minimum of hands-on laboratory experience (preferably in relevant industry).
  • Solid understanding of laboratory safety and quality standards.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: protein purification, nucleic acid handling, or assay development.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with electrophoresis and/or immunohistochemistry.
  • Familiarity with liquid chromatography, antibody biochemistry, or immunoassays.
  • Prior work in ISO13485 or other regulated environments.
  • Experience working with ELNs. Desired Attributes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and proactively while contributing to a team and to meet the company’s goals.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, reproducible results.
What We Offer
  • A collaborative, diverse, and international working environment.
  • Direct impact on the development of cutting-edge biomarker detection technologies.
  • Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding sector.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences who share our passion for science and innovation.
