YOUR TEAM AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT
As a Relationship Manager EAM in this versatile position, you are responsible for the support and administration of the EAMs and their customers with the team based in Zurich. As we want to grow the business with EAMs we expect you to have an excellent and active relations to EAMs based in the German speaking Switzerland.
THE SKILLS YOU WILL DEVELOP
- Support and grow the business relationships (qualitative and quantitative) with external asset managers (EAM) within the target group of the bank
- Execution of client orders (foreign exchange and securities transactions, fiduciary investments, credit applications, etc.)
- Administrative interface between the bank and EAM business partners within the team in Zurich
- Execution of administrative tasks associated with EAM client relationships, including transaction monitoring, preparation of account opening documents and internal forms, including client profiles, etc.
- Compliant with regulatory requirements and internal regulations and directives
- Active participation in projects to further develop the range and quality of services

We offer you a remuneration package tailored to your profile and skills. This remuneration is based on a fixed salary, a discretionary bonus that is subject to individual arbitration at the end of each year and the possibility of becoming a shareholder.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Graduation from a business school, engineering school, or other studies/training with ideally a strong interest in finance
- Successful experience in a similar position
- Curiosity, perseverance, autonomy, flexibility, reliability, confidentiality, excellent interpersonal skills, a great sense of service, and a passion for teamwork
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other specific tools associated with the position (e.g. Factsheet's)
- Strong willingness to support business partners, customers, colleagues, and superiors
- High degree of client orientation and commitment
- Fluent in English and German. French and/or Scandinavian languages are an advantage
