To complete our Sales team, MIDO is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager, based in Le Locle. In this demanding position, under the supervision of the Vice President Sales, the successful candidate will be in charge of following responsibilities:
Markets/Distribution
- Evaluate and craft a compelling brand strategy to elevate Mido's presence and awareness in designated markets, driving increased penetration.
- Formulate market-specific business plans and objectives, then diligently track and optimize their progress for sustained success.
Sales
- Analyze and optimize the collection / sell in / sell out / inventory / by market
- Oversee pricing strategies across all markets.
- Innovate and synchronize the launch of exciting new products.
- Engage in shaping the future of sales support tools, such as SAP and RMIS, through active participation in their ongoing development.
Marketing
- Coordinate and supervise the marketing plans, investments of the respective markets with the HQ marketing department.
- Energize teams worldwide with dynamic training events and captivating product presentations across diverse markets.
- Enforce captivating visual merchandising standards with precision at points of sales for an irresistible customer experience.
Profil
- Proactive, independent, self-motivated, results driven person
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills
- Strong analysis and synthesis skills
- Ready to travel to assigned markets worldwide (up to 20-30 %)
Compétences requises
- Commercial education
- Minimum 5 years of successful proven international sales field experience (watchmaking industry : an advantage)
Langues
Fluent in English and French, additional languages is an asset
