Head of presales EMEA
SKF is looking for a Head of presales EMEA to join our growing team.
You will be part of an elite global team tasked with scaling the business of SKF’s Rotating Equipment Performance offering, by introducing to the market new AI solutions based on SKF recent acquisition of Presenso.
You will support the business development team with all the technical aspects of the sales cycle and will work in close collaboration with other SKF technical teams to provide a complete solution for the customer.
Presenso provides an AI-Driven Industrial Intelligence solution that uses advanced Artificial Intelligence to provide real-time machine failure predictions based on monitoring machine sensors data.
Support and train the regionals SKF sales and technical teams
Join customer meetings to lead the technical discussion.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Create technical sales assets: (e.g. customized demos, white papers)
Qualify, prepare and drive POCs to “technical win” while working closely with the SKF AI Application team.
Help address outstanding technical issues and drive the customer’s solution and the sales opportunity toward a successful conclusion.
Answer RFIRFP technical aspects.
Develop a strategy and tools that will help you teach your technical skills to the larger SKF technical community to support the growing business.
Develop the foundations that will support a future expansion to a global team of SKF sales engineers.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Strong background in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI concepts.
5+ years of related experience in technical sales and/or technical consulting in customer facing roles.
You have delivered numerous customized presentations and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You thrive in fast-paced high-growth environments while working on a team
M.Sc. Computer Science – preferred
Position requires up to 30% traveling
