PowerMeals is a dynamic e-food seed-stage startup, a first-mover in the Swiss market of fresh prepared meals delivery with 6 months of operations and strong growth prospects.
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to begin as soon as possible.
As the company's owner of client, product and promotion, the CMO role involves the following tasks:
- Monitor consumer trends and competition’s marketing
- Define and update the marketing strategy: Markets and segments, brand, product range and products' specifications, prices, promotion channels with highest ROI, sales channels
- Execute the marketing strategy: Manage a marketing analyst on the inside, manage our ecosystem of agencies (ads, web, etc...), manage product R&D, serve in the food committee
- Oversee customer care and continually improve products and services based on customer feedback
- Manage public relationship and press
Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a marketing analyst or manager in an e-commerce startup with a proven track record of success.
