CONTEXT & MISSION:
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Project Leader to join our Travel Retail Department. In close partnership with Sales & Operations, your two main missions will be to propose a new deal for TR Europe top 1 client and to manage the kit portfolio from recommendation to development.
You will be part of the Travel Retail Team and will report to the Head of Global TR Marketing.
You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Travel Retail Team (sales, finance & operations teams) as well as local markets and external partners.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
TRADE MARKETING:
Build the Trade Plan and the net sales objective by line/category for your perimeter,
Responsible for developing and executing the Trade Marketing strategy of the brand to increase sales, brand/category presence and "Sustainable brand" ambition,
Ensure a successful roll-out of the Sustainability strategy including test and learn activations,
Coordinate program executions (including GWP) with Sales and Operations teams,
Ensure availability and/or development of all necessary marketing tools to maximize promotional plan efficiency (Merchandising, Visuals, 360°, Products and Retailers presentation, etc.),
Monitor and evaluate Trade Marketing programs and activities,
Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific Trade Marketing activities.
RETAIL EXCELLENCE:
Support Concept & Sales teams on visual merchandising & planograms,
Produce specific client animations in collaboration with the TR WW Merchandising Team,
Support the team on Retail initiatives (visibility, training campaigns, SO analysis, pax adaptation-),
Ensure the availability and/or development of all necessary merchandising tools to maximize promotional plan efficiency via Category team,
Coordinate and prepare monthly Marketing and Merchandising reports analysis and key facts of each client in collaboration with the Sales team and CS.
KIT DEVELOPMENT (for all zone):
Ensure the follow-up of the novelties from recommendation to development & implementation follow-up (supplier brief, design brief, PRI, forecast, logistic...),
Analyze the stock coverage of the current portfolio, anticipate the reproduction needs and closely follow the E&O,
Identify and develop new TREX products/kits & liaise with APAC team to fit business needs and clients briefs,
Build kit portfolio mappings,
Develop and share ad-hoc tools/supports to the sales team to ensure optimized SI.
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
+5 years' experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing ideally in the cosmetic industry;
1st experience in Travel Retail is a real plus
Fluent in French & English
Comfortable with Agility with a high level of autonomy
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to collaborate/communicate easily and efficiently with peers
Rigorous with strong organizational skills
At ease with multi-tasking, establish priorities and manage deadlines
At ease in a changing and international fast-paced environment
