- Coordinates, leads and/or supports troubleshooting within the team and between all necessary organizational units with a focus on electrical & avionics topics
- Leads working groups for troubleshooting, damage assessment and repair internally as well as for the Swiss Air Force, if required
- Prepares and conducts technical training (DE/ENG) and ensures know-how transfer
- Supports the maintenance work in the area of electrics & avionics
- Actively supports the overall F/A-18 system area
What you should bring with you
- Basic electrical, electronic or electromechanical training
- Further education as a licensed aircraft electrician B2 or electrical engineering technician or equivalent
- Experience in aircraft maintenance on the F/A-18 system
- Profound knowledge in German and English as well as good PC skills
- Distinct technical aptitude and willingness to take responsibility, analytical flair
- Resilient, team-oriented and committed personality
