In this very diversified position you are responsible of variety of administrative tasks such as negotiate corporate hotel rates, book meeting rooms, order office and kitchen supplies, liaise with subcontractors, research vendors for pricing, delivers options and terms of sale. For new hired you need to ensure that they receive their business card, phone, laptop etc. In regards of documentation you need to keep the staff vacation, as well as the birthday up to date, review and approve travel agency invoices and expense reports, also the general service invoices for the office in Zug. Another very important part is the translation from German, Russian and English. Not less important are the general administrative work, mail, UPS courier, visa invitations, employment confirmations and so on.

After your successful completed commercial education or University degree you have worked 2-5 years in a similar position, where you gained advanced knowledge about administrative tasks. If you had the chance to gain these experiences within an international environment it is beneficial. You are able to communicate fluent in German, English and Russian. In addition, you are used to work with MS-Office on a daily basis, emotional intelligence, pay attention to detail and show an ability to handle pressure.
