Personal Assistant (100%)

By providing full administrative support in mostly business but partially also in personal matters, you will be responsible for running your superior’s daily routine. As a member of the group’s Executive Committee and Regional Head, she will entirely rely on you to manage her agenda and extensive travel arrangements, handle her expenses and monitor the follow-up of her pending issues. You will also be in charge of her correspondence, screening incoming calls and acting as the overall entry point for a variety of topics. During her frequent absences, you are the one ensuring the smooth continuation of the daily business in a competent manner, reflecting the state-of-the-art quality aspired by the company. In this key position, you will prioritize the vast amount of incoming information and guarantee efficient and effective communication with your superior. Running her office includes organizing sporadic events and various appointments plus overseeing all types of meetings, i.e.: one-to-ones, regular management and team meetings including scheduling the order of the day. Moreover, you will review, summarize and prepare miscellaneous reports, presentations and documents. As a gifted networker and key ambassador to your superior, you will maintain and promote excellent relations at all levels, including other Management Assistants.                 
           
To be our successful candidate, we expect several years working experience as a Personal Assistant managing complex tasks for senior executives in an international, fast-paced corporate environment. The global nature of this role requires fluent English and good knowledge of German, excellent MS-Office skills and affinity with modern technology. Flexibility regarding shifting priorities and pressing issues goes without saying for you. Thanks to your wellstructured mindset, you will juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, successfully handling a demanding workload without compromising on your attention to detail. We are looking for a self-confident and yet diplomatic person – a real expert in her field where professionalism, a good sense of humour and open-mindedness are complimentary.
