As Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d) you will take ownership of driving continuous improvement in our production processes and equipment – making us faster, smarter, and more sustainable.
What will you do - Responsibilities
As Process Improvement Manager you will:
- Collect and verify machine and process data – spotting deviations and opportunities
- Analyze data and deviations, and define suitable improvement measures using Lean Management principles (e.g. PDCA cycle, within IWS Management System)
- Develop, implement & monitor optimization programs to boost productivity, efficiency and quality
- Create and present production-relevant reports and analyses
- Support of the production department in annual strategic planning (AP/SP)
- Support in organizing and delivering trainings for end users on production systems (SAP MOM, Smartsense, SmartMDC Power User)
- Drive digitalization & automation projects together in collaboration with process control teams
- Support in ensuring smooth operation & further development of production systems (GLA, T&T, MOM, etc.)
Who are we looking for - Requirements
- University degree or equivalent technical education in process optimization, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP and Power BI
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with a structured working style
- Familiarity with production-relevant work systems (e.g. IWS) is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
