Within the Robotics Business Unit, Hamilton develops and produces pipetting robots for the automation of liquid handling processes; from standard solutions to highly complex systems that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers. Your typical tasks:
- Interface between OEM customer and internal departments
- First point of contact for all requests for support from OEM customer
- Proactive initial technical assessment on all support requests
- Coordination between responsible departments
- Monitoring of ongoing customer complaint investigation
- Communication of technical investigations as well as complete documentation
- Priorization of customer complaints
- Ensure knowhow transition between business units and their departments
- Creating change requests and notifications
- Leading communication in written form in cases of customer complaints and change management

Requirements and skills needed:
- Concluded education to technician, design engineer or similar
- Team player and communication skills are key in this role
- Experience and project management is a plus
- Due diligence, proactive mind set and organizational skills
- Enjoy work in interdisciplinary teams
- Business fluent in German and English (oral and written)
