Senior academic associate UAS - Chemistry and Analysis of Biomolecules
Your mission
Contribute to the teaching of organic and general chemistry
Provide supervision, instruction and mentorship to students throughout their educational journey
Undertake R&D projects and industrial assignments within the Institute of Life Sciences
Participate in the acquisition of R&D project mandates
Your profile
PhD in Chemistry, Life Sciences or related field
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, in industry or academia, in the field of biomolecule chemistry
Demonstrated expertise in the synthesis of biomolecules such as peptides, oligonucleotides, oligosaccharides, etc.
Strong skills in the analytics of biomolecules using instrumental techniques such as mass spectrometry
Experience in the use and development of digital tools would be a plus
Considered advantageous: experience in teaching and in R&D project development
Fluent in German and English, proficiency in French
Employment 80% - 100%
Place of work Sion
