Head HR Business Partner & Senior HRBP Private Banking & Asset Management

Function/Position objectives
As Head HR Business Partner you are an integral part of the HR Leadership Team reporting directly to the Group Head Human Resources. You will lead a team of HR professionals across Switzerland and ensure a unique and customized HR experience as well as recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Successfully partner with managers and employees in the areas of responsibility to deliver the full spectrum of HR services across the entire employee life-cycle
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals i.e. HR Business Partners, HR Recruiting Coordinator as well as HR Administration Specialists
- Employment law clarifications using the relevant legal bases as well as internal support of legal cases
- Mediation and coaching in leadership and communication issues as well as conflict situations up to disciplinary measures
- Liaise and align with other HR teams (HR Payroll, L&D, HR Analytics & Projects) to ensure efficient and effective best in class HR service to all stakeholders
- Lead and/or support projects and process improvement initiatives with a strong focus on operational excellence
- University degree / University of Applied Sciences degree, preferably in HR Management
- At least 10 years of HR experience in financial services, ideally in private banking
- Team player with strong leadership skills and a successful track record as HR Business Partner
- "Hands-on" approach and "completer / finisher" mentality & willingness to travel frequently within Switzerland
- Very good communication and presentation skills. Full proficiency in English & German; French an asset
- Ability to successfully work with stakeholders on all hierarchical levels
- Proven project- and process management experience
