Administrative Support for International Healthcare Professionals
Our client is a major pharma player in Basel with a distinctive and unmistakable image, carrying very strong brands. The purpose of the Contract & Process Manager is to support the International Medical Affairs Team in managing numerous contacts to Health Care Professionals for congresses, trainings, contracts with client company, compliance topics and regulations.
In this role you are responsible for timely coordination of those contract-related logistics including drafting and finalization of collaboration contracts together with project lead within Medical afairs, legal & compliance functions as well as with external contract partners. You will independently prepare, execute, document and archive standard & non-standard contracts, support for Master data maintenance for Health Care Professionals and Health Care Organizations in respective tools and create and support to process Transfer for Value (TOV) documents according to EFPIA reporting requirements. You will be the administrative support for the Health Care Professionals for all arrangements, including logistics.
- Education in economic field
- Business interest in contract management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with HCPs
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
