Group Leader - Customer Service

Job description

· Maintain Customer Account

· Manage orders from order entry to cash collection / invoicing

· Manage a team of Customer Service Coordinator and provide direct customer support

· Define team goals with the HO in line with department goals

· Support and participate on the resolution of escalated issues concerning Customer complaints

· Responsible for creating tools and references to achieve the objectives of the department and the company in the short and medium term. Tracking and monitoring operational and project business

· Ensure that the right level of cooperation is in place with the other internal department.

· Define and develop all internal procedures followings audits and issues raised. Continuously working on process improvement to gain efficiency and higher customer satisfaction

· Generating sales lead

 

Profile

Necessary experience

  • 5 years’ experience in a comparable environment
  • Languages required / Langues demandées
    French / Anglais C1/ Allemand C1
  • Experience with ATA, E-DEC, EXPORT SYSTEMS
  • Real ability to communicate with client international.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Managements Skills
  • Performance Management skills
  • Able to work independently, proactive person
  • Solution oriented, hands on mentality
  • Very Good communication skills verbal and written, team player.
  • Stress resistant, structured and well organised.
