Act as main contact person for business users within the support organization for the SAP logistics area and supporting systems
Work on SAP projects representing the logistics modules (large company projects and SAP rollouts)
IT ownership for all SAP variant configuration related topics (LO-VC, AVC, web-based configuration tool, quote print out)
Support the SAP GTS system and work on further compliance initiatives together with the external partner
Process analysis for SAP in conjunction with the various business partner
implementing system changes in accordance with the system architecture (Customizing, testing, documentation)
Create and maintain the process & customizing documentation
Create development specifications for new ABAP developments & interfaces
Coordinate the external providers for change requests
Provide training to global & local business users
