Our Real Estate Tax Team offers integrated tax services that help our clients to successfully manage local and global challenges. Do you want to advise demanding corporate clients on complex international taxation issues?
As an (Assistant) Manager you are managing diverse engagements, are responsible for the high-quality work delivered to our clients, are the main contact person for client key stakeholders and responsible for the development of other team members.
How you can make an impact
- Advise our demanding national and international clients with Swiss real estate on complex tax issues
- In the real estate tax area, you will take on, among other things, tax advice as well as the tax-optimized structuring of real estate transactions and the tax-efficient restructuring of real estate portfolios. This includes all tax aspects that arise during the acquisition, ongoing taxation and sale, liquidation or restructuring of real estate.
- Support the Swiss and foreign real estate funds and real estate companies in the area of tax compliance and tax reporting and work on various projects with specialists from other service lines
- Be part of a multicultural and team-oriented environment, where international cooperation is lived
- Create your own career with a clear, long-term career plan with various internal and external training programs for development as well as international training with specialists from other countries.
Who we are looking for
- You hold a university degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in business administration or law; completed training as certified tax expert or LL.M. in Swiss and International Taxation (or currently in training)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Swiss real estate tax area
- You inspire others with quick comprehension and are committed to work in a team as well as like to take over responsibility and implement projects
- You have a flair for numbers and the ability to work and interact easily with people from different backgrounds
- You are able to communicate in German and English
