Whom are we looking for?

The Digital Consumer Experience Manager looks after the consumer all the way from the interest in the brand Rado and its products to the purchase in our online stores and the after sales service. This role will design and implement strategy into actionable scalable programs to improve consumer experiences to relevant customer-centric and channel KPI's.

He creates covetousness and perception across all channels, optimally aligns these with each other and develops impactful and consistent channel spanning programs. The digital consumer experience manager (digital CX) is charged with overseeing the interactions between the consumer and the brand Rado. He or she must ensure that consumers have a good experience at every touchpoint with the brand Rado, to build consumer retention and loyalty. He or she is operating within the relatively new reality of digital communications, where most of a consumer's interactions with the company are likely to be conducted on digital platforms. The job of the digital CX manager is to coordinate all those platforms and create the best experience for every consumer. The digital CX manager must be tech-savvy and adaptable, able to keep up with the fast-paced changes in the digital communications scene. One crucial trend that the digital CX managers must be able to ride is the move towards greater and greater personalization of consumer interaction.

Job description

Digital Marketing

  • Support the Head of Marketing to develop the international digital strategy and media plan
  • Understand consumer touchpoints and opportunities to drive the business
  • Look for new and creative ways to personalize the message and experience of our products and services to drive engagement and sales (conversion rates)
  • Support the markets to develop digital marketing campaigns, analysis and recommend for improvements
  • Develop and implement SEO best practices to improve Rado's natural ranking on search engines and use the latest SEA features and best practices to improve campaign efficiency
  • Work with specialized agencies to implement the global SEM strategy. Develop tactics to drive down CPA and increase Paid Search ROAS
  • Implement best practices for Google Analytics and optimize practices based on daily monitoring of data insights
  • Develop a CRM strategy incl. implementation plan
  • Develop automated reporting to share with internal teams and other stakeholders


  • Oversee concept development, strategizing, planning, implementation and operations of e-commerce operations
  • Define and maintain creative and operations strategies to support brand's competitive advantage
  • Plan and coordinate the international roll-out of the RADO e-commerce platform and assist with new business development
  • Lead and motivate a talented team of e-commerce professionals to be hired in the countries with e-commerce roll-out, providing vision, direction and guidance
  • Build and maintain relationships with outside suppliers and internal partners (e.g. Swatch Group Services) in order to contribute to the efficient operation of RADO online sales
  • Maintain a smooth production process, enabling the efficient handling of all the updates and improvements to the functionality of the sites and design throughout the year
  • Play a key role in the company's go-to-market process and maintain a close relationship the process with all internal departments, representing the digital consumer and e-commerce efforts in the process


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT or Business Informatics
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce field
  • Pro-active, out of the box thinking and self-motivating personality
  • Reliable and hard working
  • Strong interest in digital trends, web optimization, analytics and data
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully with multinational teams and to meet tight deadlines under pressure
  • Open-minded and results-oriented

Professional requirements

  • Touchpoint management, consumer experience management
  • Experience in managing SEO/SEM, e-mail and display advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge on Asian markets online practices and tools
  • Proven experience in project management, methodologies around e-commerce or web project
  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions with Marketing, IT and countries
  • Affinity for IT and Webservices
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English with a good command of German or French
  • Sound knowledge of web analytics tools (Google analytics or equivalent)
  • Experience with content management systems and web applications (Drupal, Magento) SEM, SEO; experienced in building strategy for CRM systems
