In order to further expand and develop our activities in the perfume business we are now recruiting a Area Sales Senior Manager for Europe & Africa Responsible to manage all European and African dom estic markets (exc. Affiliates), you support actively +30 local - based distribu tors and a dedicated team of 4 people in the definition and execution of our 360° business strategy. Accountabilites Collaborating closely with our domestic markets, you h ead up analysis and address recommendation aiming to optimize the local distribution models in order to maximize brand equity . Fully responsible of P&L by country, you analyze and take actions at k factor and product mix levels to maximize profitability according to assigned objectives . You s upervise a ll aspects linked to strategic and commercial business development including sales and marketing, pricing alignment, forecasts, budgets, annual & long - term planning . I n accordance to Business Unit guidelines and local realities , you ensure correct implementation of lines and product mix po rtfolio management . You l ead direct negotiation at retail level for strategic and/or new business implementation and are fr equent ly involved in commercial negotiations at wholesale, retail and e - commerce levels . Responsible to manage the business relati onships, you d evelop, maintain and cultivate strong partnership with all local key actors (distributor's ownership, Trade partners, Media community, PR, JWA DOS & Franchisee) . You m aximize close collaboration with Trade Marketing team and synergies with TR channel to ensure efficien cy, impact and brand visibility. You b uild - up, manage and motivate efficient teams at both corporate and distributors levels . Qualifications You have at least 6 years of international sales experience with a strong background within the fragrance or luxury industry. You have a s trong expertise in Business strategy vision & execution (sales, marketing, media, PR and market development) and c onfirmed skills in deal structuring and negotiations . With e xtensive knowledge in P&L man agement and profit optimization , you have p roven successful track record in third - party business model management . You have excellent command of IT reporting tool and are fluent in French and English, any other language an advantage . Flexible and mobile for 50% business travel within the full European & African continents , you have the a bility to communicate, negotiate, influence and adapt in multi - cultural environments . Known as an energetic person with a positive mindset, you are pro active and have a solution - driven attitude.
