To complement and support our product management team at our head office in Zurich, we are looking for a committed, flexible and effective Auditor (100%).
Auditor – Standards & Audit Development (100% - f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:
- Translate OEKO-TEX® standards (e.g. STANDARD 100, ECO PASSPORT) into structured audit criteria
- Develop and maintain audit questionnaires, decision trees, and audit modules
- Transform complex regulatory requirements into practical, digital audit logic
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of standards across regions
- Train and support internal auditors and external stakeholders
- Continuously improve audit frameworks based on feedback and regulatory updates
- Contribute to quality assurance and harmonization of audit processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially in digitalization initiatives
Your profile:
- 5+ years of experience in auditing, certification, or compliance
- Background in textiles, chemicals, or sustainability standards
- Experience with OEKO-TEX® or similar certification systems In-depth knowledge of textile processes and chemical compliance frameworks (e.g., RSL/MRSL)
- Strong understanding of traceability concepts and audit methodology in supply chains
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Experience in developing audit tools or compliance frameworks is a plus
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
- Strong communication and training skills
- High attention to detail and quality
