For our Group Digital department, we are looking for a Business Development & Project Manager - eCommerce responsible for driving growth and managing key projects within the eCommerce division. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, overseeing project lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance online sales, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Your role:
- Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and conduct market research to drive eCommerce growth.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee eCommerce projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of the eCommerce strategy, identify and implement process improvements, and monitor industry trends.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze eCommerce performance metrics, generate reports, and use data-driven insights to optimize the eCommerce business.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborate with various departments, and foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Your profile:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years proven experience in business development, customer insights and project management in retail or eCommerce environment.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to drive growth and profitability.
- Knowledge and frequent usage of Project Management & Process Improvement tools and techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis, business case creation and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- High customer focus, data-driven decision making and problem-solving mentality are a must.
- Experience in the Beauty and/or Pharma industries a plus
