As Nespresso Finance Controlling Subject Matter Expert SME you are responsible for providing business process expertise during the "GLOBE@Market" project which consists in migrating the back office system of Nespresso to the standard Nestlé SAP system Globe . You define the required business processes and their validation and participate in End-to-End process implementation at Nespresso Switzerland. You also ensure that the evolution in the systems landscapes satisfies current and future business needs plan the change actions to manage impacts and define test scenarios and carry out system testing. Finally you localize training material and provide training to end users as well as ensure the cutover plan is robust and provide first line of support to end users during the Hypercare period. Key responsibilities Business requirements and solution validation Take an active part in Business Process Analysis BPA workshops with other SMEs and Solution experts. Present the Market business processes and requirements in the BPA phase. Localize and maintain the BPA document throughout the project with the support of the Nespresso HQ SME. Participate and contribute where applicable in Super user training sessions to understand new systems business processes and workflows Data Standards and Guidelines. Design and adapt as required the future solution and processes with the HQ SMEs and Solution experts ensuring as little variation from the Nestlé template and processes as possible. Participate in testing to ensure the new solution provides adequate coverage to meet the Market business requirements. Solution deployment and end-users training Assist the project team in ensuring the solution is implemented effectively. Following the Market Acceptance Test phase MAT prepare tailored and localized training material. Deliver E2E process training to end-users. Participate to the cross-functional E2E operational reviews if part of the E2E process Team. Cutover definition and Hypercare period Contribute towards the cutover definition planning and simulations. Take active part in actual cutover. During Hypercare provide support to business end users in the resolution of process and applications related problems First level of support . Data Champion Project Support Collaborate with solution teams Nespresso HQ Data Management and Market Data Coordinator for Data Quality assessment of data in legacy systems and support data cleansing activities where required. Coordinate as required the collection of the data from the legacy source systems e.g. NesSoft to be migrated into the new target systems. Collaborate with the other SMEs and solution teams to populate values for new data attributes in the target systems that do not exist in the legacy source systems. Validate and approve the final submission of data to be migrated and populated into target systems in collaboration with the Data Owner. Continue to work with SMEs and solution teams throughout the life of the project to support the provision and understanding of legacy source data. Support the measurement and monitoring of Data Quality in the new target systems against defined Business Rules.. Education and experience Minimum 5 years of experience in business controlling Good knowledge of financial processes accounting reporting controlling and interrelationships with related business areas Positive approach to teamwork and training Thorough understanding of training methodologies and best practices including all aspects of blended learning Be able to deliver quality training Knowledge of SAP is a must Knowledge of Business Object is an asset Experience of data migration activities an asset Knowledge of data quality management and tools an asset Fluent in English oral and written required.
