Digital Marketing Coordinator

Responsabilites:

As Marketing Digital Project Coordinator your mission will be to support the Digital Marketing Group Leader with the implementation and deployment of new global digital projects and tools.

  • Management and evolutive maintenance of the current digital ecosystem: Website, App, Marketing automation…
  • Create tutorials, educational material and guidelines to enforce digital marketing good practices and CI around the world
  • Educate and support digital regional marketing coordinators on new tools.

  • GA and GTM management to monitor and track online activities

  • Support with NL and social media campaigns and advertisements.

  • Troubleshoot regional difficulties and adapt the global training material accordingly.

  • Organize online and offline regional office’s trainings for other digital coordinators worldwide

 

Support:

  • Ensure that regional digital activities respect global guidelines.
  • In certain cases (small countries) support technical marketing digital campaigns, particularly the production and distribution of online.
  • Technical support for small countries with digital marketing campaigns.

  • In certain cases (small countries) support technical email marketing activities with specific deployment of periodic emails.

Requirements:

 

Soft skills:

  • 3 years + experience in digital marketing project environment.
  • Hands on attitude.
  • Multi tasker with ability to juggle many projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires quick adjustments and re-calibration of priorities when business needs change.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to a team environment.

 

Technically:

  • Experience in using digital marketing tools: Website, SEO, CRM, Marketing automation, Mobile app’s, Social Media management tools, GA, GTM, AdWords, E-Learning platforms, dashboards and ROI reports…
  • HTML knowledge and experience preferred
  • Ability to quickly master new platforms and technologies. 

 

Languages:

English: fluent.

German: a big plus.

Others: a plus.
