In this role, you will leverage all of the data available through social media to identify, generate and communicate consumer insights about coffee, machines, accessories and customer experience at HQ and market levels.
A day in a life of a Global Social Media Insights Specialist:
Manage relationship and lead Joint Business Planning with key Social Media Listening suppliers
Turn consumer insights into actionable findings that move the business forward and support key business decisions
Uncover new consumer behaviors and meaningful trends in the coffee category
Identify key relevant insights across a wide range of studies and surveys and elaborate actionable recommendations for the key internal stakeholders
Own, update and evolve key topics tracked on Social listening tools, based on the company's strategic priorities
Drive adoption of Social listening tools across HQ and markets, including training
Monitor brand and competitive communication
What will make you successful
Preferably 5 years of working experience in Consumer Insights on the agency or client side
Strong story-telling and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage relations with complex stakeholders
Experience with practicing social listening tools (Sprinklr, Netbase, Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, etc.) is a big plus
Good Project Management skills
Fluent in English, any other language as asset
