Job description
Management of brand and design portfolios of Swatch Group companies, including:
- Advising Group companies on the protection of their brands and design at both national and international level
- Conducting availability searches for trademarks and monitoring newly registered trademarks and designs
- Filing, renewing, and analyzing brand and design portfolios
- Instructing external lawyers
- Identifying potential issues and developing solutions to obtain protection
- Handling disputes, in some cases in collaboration with external lawyers at national and international levels
- Monitoring processes and deadlines
- Completing formalities required to maintain rights
- Reporting and various administrative tasks related to portfolio management
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (paralegal) with several years of experience in the field of intellectual property, preferably in an international environment
- Business fluent French or German with good knowledge of the other language, very good level of English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills, autonomy, strong ability to manage different tasks within deadlines and with diligence, responsiveness, and analytical mindset
- Team spirit, loyalty, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
