Your day to day
Join us as our Communication & Marketing Director for InterContinental Genève and Crowne Plaza Geneva:
For this key position, your main duties will be to:
- Define a clear marketing positioning to ensure long-term visibility for both hotels.
- Identify and enter new market sources to diversify the customer base and stabilize new clients.
- Monitor market developments in terms of products and offers, as well as trends in consumer behaviour in order to adapt strategies.
- Analyze business performance, market and competitive trends to develop and implement annual marketing plans and objectives.
- Oversee social networks and ensure both hotels' good e-reputation.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, websites, brochures and presentations.
- Manages external press and public relations agencies.
What we need from you
With a Higher Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing or Communication, you have minimum 5 of experience in Marketing, Communication and/or Brand Management in the Tourism or Hospitality industry.
Fluent French and English. Mastering German or another foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of social networks, Adobe Pack, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, CMS/CRM and project management tools are required.

You like working in a fast-paced environment and are autonomous, well-organized and flexible. You are accurate in your work and result-oriented.
