In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:
Medical Content and Communication Manager
Main activities
Act as SME of medical/scientific content in TEOXANE for HCPs and provide inputs to scientific departments and marketing:
- Supervise all the activities related to medical and scientific content development.
- Manage a team of dedicated functions, from compliance to creation and distribution of medical content.
- Be the primary PoC for Marketing to discuss the data to be included in all the campaigns; collect any supportive data from the different functions (R&D, Clin, Safety, Med Info).
- Be responsible for the development of medical content for materials coming from TEOXANE research and medical data generation to be shared internally and KOLs (e.g., reworked medical content taken from literature, Teoxane Clinical studies, and PMS activities).
- Supervise the development of supportive medical documentation including slide decks, clinical statements, reports on new trends, validated injection guidelines, complications guidelines, before and after assessments, new risks as well as outlines for oral communications in plenary sessions and medical affairs presentations at the Academy.
- Liaise with Digital Marketing Corporate Communication to provide and review the medical content of posts, scientific news in website updates, internal TEOXANE newsletters, etc. on data generated/published by Clin and Med Affairs.
- Coordinate and prepare congress reports.
- Be accountable of the medical training content for HQ and TEOXANE employees' affiliates.
- Ultimately review and approve all the promotional materials as well as marketing educational content (EP process) in collaboration with other functions as Head of Medical Affairs deputy.
Lead the medical accredited communication and learning modules (CMEs)
- In collaboration with other medical functions, define patient profiles, create scripts, story boards, and quiz for accreditable continuous medical education (CME) for physicians in alignment with company educational strategy and marketing needs and in the respect of the state-of-the art and evidence-based principles.
- Brief the KOLs/Speakers on the rules for accreditation.
- Supervise the above learning modules creation in the respect of the guidelines for unbiased and balanced content needed for accreditation.
- Liaise with vendors and Digital Marketing for linking the content with TEOXANE platform.
Act as medical expert referent for internal services (e.g., R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Marketing) to ensure medical compliance and information management
- Supervise the continuous assessment of the products benefit/risk profile.
- Supervise the development of auditable regulatory documentation: PMCF report, plan; CER and CEP; Support PSURs, SSCPs, IFUs preparation as well as contribute to the answer to health regulatory authorities' requests.
- Lead the medical Information requests (FAQ) at the Head Quarter as well as in all Teoxane subsidiaries in collaboration with Project Management.
- Be the owner and author of the procedures related to Medical Compliance and Information in collaboration with Project Management.
Your profile
- Pharmacist or MSc degree in relevant scientific discipline e.g., Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or Related Pharmaceutical Science.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in Health / pharma sphere; experience in the Medical Device industries would be an asset.
- Good medical knowledge for interaction with KOLs during boards and TEOXANE ACADEMY.
- Expertise in moderation, consensus, and CMEs.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Good business acumen.
- Fluent French and Professional English, another language would be an asset.
