The Forum engages the foremost political business and other leaders of society to shape global regional and industry agendas.
The People and Culture team gives first-class support to Forum staff managers and leadership during their employment lifecycle. The P C Data Analyst reports to the Head of Reward and P C Operations. The role has two key accountabilities to ensure the integrity of the Forum's HR data system HRIS and to lead the development and utilization of people data for taking institutional decisions. The successful candidate will be comfortable with manipulating large quantities of data from different sources and systems and will be able to create a compelling narrative to support their analysis. The successful candidate is at ease working in a demanding environment with multiple stakeholders within the People and Culture team and across the Forum.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the integrity of the Forum's HR data system HRIS
Manage the structure and integrity of the Forum's HRIS system
Continuously search for ways to use data to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies
Be the People and Culture team lead for the Forum's people data systems including designing reports and managing data connections with other systems
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create share evolve and manage the dashboard of people analytics
Lead the development and utilization of people data for taking institutional decisions
Maintain and develop the people analytics data dashboard
Become the advocate of the benefits and value of people data across the Forum
Seek to understand influence and shape the organization and views of Forum leadership with meaningful data analysis and insights
Deliver high-quality accurate data insights for a range of internal and external audiences to support the Forum's goals and team mission
Prepare ad hoc analysis as required by the Chief P C Officer and Chairman's Office for example vacation planning monthly staff movement
Qualifications and Skills
Relevant university degree or equivalent
Excellent written digital and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
At least two years' experience analysing and preparing data
Creative and strategic thinker with ability to identify and leverage emerging trends and patterns
Ability to confidently tell a story using data and excellent presentation skills are essential
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with leading experts and practitioners
Highly proficient in Excel Word PowerPoint and data-analysis tools
