You are also involved in their maintenance in production and at our customers. Your ultimate objective is twofold: ? Make these products meet the expected performance levels such as extreme accuracy, high dynamical motion and reliability for millions and even somet imes billions of cycles; ? Comply with the norms, regulations and ETEL internal processes. Your daily challenges and expected skills are as follows: ? During the conceptual design phase, you propose and analyze all possible architectures via calculations, sim ulations and experiments. You eventually select the architecture that will meet the requirements ? We assemble our prototypes in - house. You define the qualification plan to execute, you take part to the design of the corresponding test benches ? During the qualification of new or existing products, you validate and qualify the technical solutions via experiments. You lead a technical team to solve open issues that are detected during the qualification phase. You are expected to automatize the qualification p rotocols with the help of R&D techn icians and production operators ? For successful design and qualification phases y ou create technical documentation to explain the critical design choices and analyze the experimental results. Occasionally you travel to external laboratories to perform some specific qualifications. You can also travel to support customers during the initial setup of a new prototype system. Your qualifications ? University degree (Master or PhD) in control or microtechnics ? Serious knowledge and understanding of physical phenomena and their interactions (e.g. thermo - mechanical coupling, static deformation, vibrational or modal analysis) is a necessity ? Proficiency with MATLAB and SIMULINK ? Proven experience of data real - time acquisition and proc essing ? Knowledge in a F inite Element Modeling software ?
