Site Planner 80-100% (m/f/d) - Remote
Focus: CAD, Construction & Installation Coordination
We are an international company in the field of medical technology and implement complex installations for radiological and interventional imaging large-scale systems in hospitals and clinics across Switzerland. These systems impose high demands on electrical infrastructure, safety, and building technology. We support our customers from the early planning phase to successful commissioning.
To strengthen our BE Team (Big Equipment), we are looking for a technically skilled individual with experience in site planning, CAD planning, and construction coordination. In addition to site and customer visits, the majority of work can be performed remotely.
Your Tasks
- Creation and review of layout, construction, radiation protection, electrical, and installation plans (CAD)
- Independent planning and coordination of projects (site planning)
- Technical coordination with architects, construction managers, electricians, HVAC planners, and clinical representatives
- Assessment and monitoring of structural, static, and electrical requirements
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer, regulatory, and safety standards
- Technical support during the construction phase, installation, and commissioning
- Performing site surveys and technical assessments on-site
- Acting as an interface between sales, project management, customers, and suppliers
Your Profile
- Technical education (e.g., Technician HF, Engineer FH, Electrical/Building Technology, Medical Technology, or similar)
- Very good CAD skills (Autodesk AutoCAD)
- Experience in site planning, construction coordination, or technical project support
- Knowledge of: Electrical engineering (power supply, grounding, UPS), Construction and building technology, Advantageous: HVAC and/or radiation protection
- Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel throughout Switzerland for site and customer visits (a company vehicle is provided)
- Very good English skills and good German or French skills
- Strong communication skills when working with interdisciplinary partners
