IT Systems Engineer– Azure Platform
Your Tasks
The IT Systems Engineer (Azure Platform ) is a specialist for engineering and running solid Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS platforms. The role covers deep technical expertise in all areas of Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Azure, Azure Governance, Azure Infrastructure Integration, Azure AD) in combination with expertise in Microsoft M365 Cloud Ecosystem. Your main responsibilities include:
- Development, design and implementation of Microsoft Azure based services on the latest Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, Azure Governance & Security, Azure Infrastructure)
- Lead engineering responsibility for our global MS Azure Environment
- Running infrastructure and application workloads in Azure
- SCCM Co-Management and usage of Cloud Distribution Points
- Working with Microsoft M365 technologies in the cloud
- Establishing Cloud related technologies and their usage
- Working with Microsoft Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Hands on work in modern Systems management (GPO, Policies, etc.)
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology (or equivalent certification)
- Strong understanding of native Cloud application integrations as well as interconnecting Cloud environments with on-premises infrastructure (hybrid workloads)
- Several years of experience with MS Azure Design and Engineering, Azure Security, Governance and Security Polices
- Several years of experience in securing a workplace ecosystem from cyber threats and applying security configurations to workplaces
- Good overview of Security Aspects in a modern workplace ccosystem and how to manage those (Defender ATP, etc. )
- Practical experience with Windows 10 Modern Workplace integrations in Cloud
- Knowledge in the domain of IaaS Cloud Services
- Outstanding customer service orientation
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German (any other language is an asset)
