P ost - Doc in Brain Imaging ( Lausanne , Switzerland) T he Sensory - Motor Laboratory ( SeMoLa ; https://iontalab.org/ ) , in association with the University of Lausanne (UNIL) , the Fondation Asile des Aveugles, and the Rehabilitation Engineering Lab at ETH Zurich (www.relab.ethz.ch) invites a pplications for a full - time P ost doc position under the direction of Prof. Silvio Ionta . The project is supported by the Swiss National Foundation and will investigate the behavioral and neural bases of visuo - motor integration in humans . In particular, the focus will be on how visual input is processed and used to guide movements, and vice versa . The ideal candidate should master a panel of data analyses tools including, among others, MVPA, PPI, functional connectivity, granger causality, VBM, DTI. The successful candidate will be involved in behavioral and neurophysiological testing ( fMRI ), with a strong focus on MR I - compatibl e robotics for neuroscience . Conditions of application - PhD in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical ) , Physics, Computer Science, Brain Imaging, Neuroscience or any related discipline. - Strong background in fMRI and/ or Robotics (and strong interest in the other field) - High competence in programming, data analysis , and scientific writing Evaluation procedure The application d ossier must be sent to silvio.ionta@unil.ch . The successful candidate will spend part of the working period at ETH Zurich to train on MRI - compatible robotics. Working c onditions Full - time position, yearly renewable contract up to 3 years total , salary in accordance with the Swiss National Foundation and the Fondation Asile des Aveugles (between CHF 80?000 and CHF 89?600. - ).
